How to Rip DVDs and Bluerays Using MakeMKV and Handbrake

In this video, I demonstrate how to rip a DVD or Blueray to your hardrive using the software Make MKV and Handbrake. If you're using a Ubuntu based distribution, install MakeMKV using the following terminal commands: sudo add-apt-repository ppa:heyarje/makemkv-beta sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install makemkv-bin makemkv-oss Here is a link to the MakeMKV homepage To add Handbrake via the terminal: sudo add-apt-repository ppa:stebbins/handbrake-releases sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get install handbrake-gtk As always, thanks for watching.
